Feature

  • The monitoring device can display real-time values of five parameters on the same screen: flow rate, methane concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, temperature, and pipeline pressure. It can also show accumulated mixed gas and pure gas quantities over a specified period.
  • The device has a self-diagnosis function for anomalies, including communication errors and disconnection indicators. It can intelligently analyze and assess the status of sensors based on parameters such as methane concentration, pressure, and temperature, providing anomaly alerts.
  • The monitoring device supports wireless communication, enabling data transmission via wireless networks to handheld terminals.
  • It can automatically form communication networks with multiple devices and wirelessly transmit data to underground wireless base stations.
  • Methane concentration is measured using laser technology, which is unaffected by water vapor and other impurity gases. The measurement includes negative pressure compensation, ensuring accurate methane concentration readings in high negative pressure environments.
  • The flow sensor uses an insertion installation method, which is non-obstructive and requires only a small hole in the pipeline for installation.
