ZYWL-6000Y crawler-type full hydraulic drilling rig for coal mine is a fully automatic drilling rig independently developed by GLTECH. It is mainly used for safe construction drilling and geological exploration drilling such as underground gas drainage, water hazard prevention, outburst prevention, etc. in coal mines.

The drilling rig system consists of the main body of the drilling rig, remote controller, wireless substation, mobile phone APP, and host computer management software. Through the drilling management software of the host computer, the automatic design and task management of drilling can be achieved. An integrated video system is capable of remote monitoring of the whole process. The model can be equipped with a drilling tracker and a single-hole drainage metering device. Through the host computer analysis software, the system has functions of automatic mapping of drilling trajectories, quality evaluation, analysis of drainage blank zone, and intelligent hole filling design.

Technical Advantage

It can be fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manually controlled. The control methods are flexible and diverse, which can effectively reduce drilling operators and labor intensity. The remote-control distance is 50 meters, and the operators are far away from dangerous environments. Adaptive drilling intelligently optimizes the rotary torque, rotary speed, working speed, and pressure according to the load. The equipment intelligently predicts drilling accidents such as drilling pressure and stalling, reduces accidents of broken rods and buried drills, and reduces economic losses caused by accidents at the bottom of the hole loss.

  • Drill box capacity

The drill pipe box is equipped with 120 standard drill pipes of Ø73-800mm. A single box can support fully automatic operation with a hole depth of 96m, which meets the construction of most layer-penetrating drilling holes. Extra drill pipes can be added to the drill pipe box for deeper drilling requirements.

  • Wide range of drilling angles

The drilling rig can carry out drilling construction coverage with a horizontal orientation of 180 and an inclination angle of -45°-90°, and the feed mechanism can be raised and lowered to meet the construction requirements of various angles and heights, and an inclination sensor is used to assist precise inclination positioning.

  • Remote control

The operating status of the equipment and drilling parameters can be monitored remotely, and it has the function of remote start and stop to ensure the safety of construction personnel.

  • Safety warning and system failure prompt function

According to the design parameters of the borehole, the pre-set coal-rock boundary can be predicted in advance, prompting to prepare before coal penetration, and preventing gas outbursts. The equipment has the functions of system-level fault self-inspection, pre-warning of a stuck drill, and automatic entry into the escape mode. The equipment management function provides operation, maintenance, and maintenance reminders to prevent equipment from running out of warranty, reduce equipment accidents, and improve equipment life.

  • Strong scalability

  • Industrial application

The ZYWL-6000Y crawler-type full hydraulic drilling rig for coal mines was carried out in September 2022 in a mine in Henan for industrial experiments. The drilling volume of 2,253 meters has been completed, and the performance of the whole machine is stable.
