The JFC-II Dust Sampler Calibration Device is designed and manufactured according to MT 502-2020 "General Technical Conditions for Dust Sampler Calibration Device" and JJG(Particle)7-1996 "Dust Sampler Calibration Specification". It is used to verify the flow rate and pressure stability of dust sampler. The device ensures stable flow, accurate measurement, and continuous working time. It features high-precision sensors to measure key indicators, equipped with a high-level computer, capable of automatic control, data storage, and provides output, print, query, and alarm functions for test reports. The test report meets the full requirements of JJG520-2005 "Dust Sampler Calibration Procedure" and has full calibration capability.

The device can be used by dust sampler manufacturers, inspection agencies, and mining companies for calibration, manufacturing, use, and post-maintenance of dust samplers, ensuring stability in operation, structural stability, flow stability, and operational advantages.
