The CGWZ-100/350(B) and CGWZ-100/350(C) Pipeline Laser Gas Comprehensive Parameter Meters are used for monitoring the main and branch pipeline extraction parameters in coal mine extraction compliance evaluations. Featuring an integrated design, a single device can simultaneously monitor seven parameters: pipeline flow rate, flow velocity, methane concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, oxygen concentration, pipeline negative pressure, and temperature. It supports multiple communication links, both wired and wireless, enabling connectivity with various wireless networks underground.

The CGWZ-100/350(B) and CGWZ-100/350(C) Pipeline Laser Gas Comprehensive Parameter Meters are used for monitoring the main and branch pipeline extraction parameters in coal mine extraction compliance evaluations. Featuring an integrated design, a single device can simultaneously monitor seven parameters: pipeline flow rate, flow velocity, methane concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, oxygen concentration, pipeline negative pressure, and temperature. It supports multiple communication links, both wired and wireless, enabling connectivity with various wireless networks underground.

Feature

  •  The meter adopts an integrated split structure, consisting of a main unit and a probe. The main unit and the probe can be installed separately or together, adapting to different installation spaces.
  •  With a multi-parameter integrated design, the meter requires only one installation hole to simultaneously and co-locationally measure flow rate and gas concentration, avoiding discrepancies from measurements at different locations.
  • The meter can simultaneously and co-locationally measure seven parameters: methane concentration, pipeline flow velocity, pipeline flow rate, carbon monoxide concentration, oxygen concentration, pipeline pressure, and temperature. It also features local display functions for all seven parameters.
  • Methane concentration is measured using a laser principle, avoiding interference from other gases.
  • The meter supports multiple communication methods, including wired RS485, wireless RF, WiFi, and Bluetooth, enabling connectivity with various underground wireless networks and adapting to different environments.
  • The meters can form a wireless self-organizing network, establishing an independent wireless communication network. The main unit of the meter can also independently function as a signal converter, converting wired RS485 signals into wireless RF, WiFi, and Bluetooth signals.
  • Once the wireless network is established, portable devices can connect to the network for data upload.
