Semiconductor
In the semiconductor packaging and testing equipment segment, GLTECH specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of dicing equipment, high precision air bearing spindles, dicing blades, and other core components used in the semiconductor packaging and testing process. The company’s well-known brand, “ADT,” ranks among the top three dicing equipment providers globally. Our dicing equipment covers a wide cutting range from 6/8 inch to 12 inches, offering various models and configurations, including single spindle to dual spindle and semi-automatic to fully automatic machines. Notably, our locally developed and manufactured 12-inch fully automatic dual spindle dicing machine 8230 has successfully been adopted by leading packaging and testing companies in China, breaking the monopoly of international companies in the high-end semiconductor dicing equipment market. Coal mine IoT-based safety
In the IoT-based safety production process monitoring equipment and solution segment, GLTECH has accumulated over 29 years of experience, developed numerous core technologies, and established a strong market presence. The company’s focus lies in providing intelligent monitoring, analysis, and early warning solutions for gas hazards, dust hazards, fire hazards, and ventilation in coal mines. Our product offerings include the CBM extraction process monitoring system, outburst prevention management platform, coal mine safety monitoring system, goaf-zone fire hazard monitoring and preventive warning system, testing instruments, and monitoring equipment. To further enhance coal-bed methane management protocols, GLTECH has recently introduced the automatic drilling rig as a supplement to the gas extraction pipe network monitoring system, enabling intelligent management solutions for the entire cycle of coal mine gas management.
